Salary: Up to AED 18,000 (based on experience)

We are looking for a technically qualified and experienced HVAC Service Operations Manager to lead our service department and ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent HVAC qualification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong HVAC technical knowledge and proven P&L management skills
• Proficiency in service management software
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license

• Lead day-to-day HVAC service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls
• Manage and mentor service technicians, ensuring high performance and technical excellence
• Drive operational efficiency, P&L performance, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry codes
• Foster strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
• Oversee inventory, tools, vehicle maintenance, and supplier negotiations
• Implement process improvements to maximize profitability
