Job Details Job Location: JACKSONVILLE, FL Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $130000.00 - $135000.00 Base+Commission/year Job Shift: Day Job Category: Management Description Summary: Brooks Building Solutions is looking for a results-driven Service Sales Manager to lead our commercial HVAC service and retrofit project sales team. You’ll drive revenue, coach a high-performing team, and work directly with building owners and facility managers to grow our service portfolio. Qualified candidates must have five years of experience working in commercial HVAC. Compensation: Base salary starting at $135,000, plus a performance-based bonus. You will also receive a $700/month vehicle allowance and a gas card for business-related expenses. What You’ll Do: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of commercial HVAC sales professionals Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals Build strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities Ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction Review proposals and contracts to maintain quality and profitability Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical service/project sales experience 3+ years sales leadership or management experience Strong communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Why Work at Brooks Building Solutions?
