What We Offer • Earning potential of $60,000 - $130,000+ per year • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Average of 3 calls per day • $1,000 Tool Allotment • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays and paid time off 1• Bring Your PTO With You – Qualified candidates may transfer unused PTO from their previous employer, up to a company-approved amount • Peak Season Recovery PTO – Additional earned PTO available for technicians who help us meet the demands of the busy summer season • Ongoing paid training and career development • Advancement opportunities within a growing company • A company culture built around teamwork, growth, and serving people What You'll Do • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call • Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners • Present repair and replacement options that meet customer needs • Build trust through professionalism, communication, and technical expertise • Maintain accurate service records and documentation Qualifications • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred • EPA Certification required • NATE Certification is a plus • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Comfortable discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 2Why Metro?
