As we continue preparing for peak season growth, we are looking to add experienced HVAC Service Technicians to our team. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Service residential and light commercial equipment Communicate professionally with customers on-site Explain repair recommendations clearly and honestly Complete service documentation accurately Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle Assist with installation or commercial projects as needed Follow all company safety procedures and standards Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC field experience preferred Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting experience Residential and/or light commercial HVAC experience Valid driver’s license with good driving record Ability to work independently in the field Strong communication and customer service skills EPA Certification preferred Commercial HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $30–$32/hour based on experience Simple IRA Program Consistent Year-Round Work Growth Opportunities Team-Oriented Environment Why Join American Refrigeration?
