Position Summary: We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician (Level 5) to join our team as a leader and mentor. This role involves advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as training and guiding junior technicians. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced service, repair, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and air balancing issues Communicate repair options and preventative maintenance benefits to customers Train, mentor, and support technicians Support customer relationships through professionalism and clear communication Maintain safety and compliance with HVAC codes and standards Assist with inventory management and seasonal preparation What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and retirement benefits Paid vacation and holidays Company vehicle, phone, and tools provided Ongoing training and growth opportunities Requirements Valid driver’s license EPA Universal Certification Low Voltage License (preferred) NATE Certification with specialties (preferred) Minimum 5–7 years HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic, repair, and customer service skills Leadership and mentoring experience
