Requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferred EPA Universal Certification Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently in a field service environment Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Residential service background Experience servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
