Responsibilities Include: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Troubleshoot heating, cooling, airflow, and system performance issues Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain company vehicle inventory and equipment Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment Work Environment Field service environment Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, debris, and equipment noise Local travel required throughout assigned service territory Ability to work extended hours during peak demand periods Why ACE Hardware Home Services? Requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferred EPA Universal Certification Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently in a field service environment Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Residential service background Experience servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while ensuring all work meets safety standards and building codes. Provide professional customer service and accurately document all service calls and repair recommendations.
