What We Seek in Our HVAC Service Technician: A positive attitude, treating clients with the utmost respect Knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications Skilled in installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Highly skilled in soldering Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Actively participate in training, departmental and company meetings to continually improve your skills as well as participating in team building activities to build a strong rapport with your co-team members.
