Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems. Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures. Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats. Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations. Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment. Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked. Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule. Requirements 3+ years of HVAC experience. EPA Certification required. Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Neat, clean and organized. Great work ethic.
