In addition to a competitive wage there are excellent benefits including: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for the employee Employee family medical plans available 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 1 floating holiday 6 paid holidays Sick pay Vacation pay Paid weekly Primary Responsibilities Include: Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Ensure all work is completed to code and meets quality standards Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipment Requirements 4+ years of HVAC service experience Mech 4 license preferred Valid EPA Certification required NATE certified preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components of HVAC systems while performing routine maintenance. Communicate with clients to provide multi-option quotes and guidance on energy-saving upgrades.
