Description Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a HVAC Service Technicians to join our Rockwall Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in maintaining, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC systems. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems Inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors Educate clients on their heating and air conditioning systems and maintenance requirements Develop client rapport by communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer service Document service performed and recommendations made to client Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary Requirements Current TDLR Registration 3+ years of residential HVAC experience Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the HVAC trade Clean, neat and professional appearance Excellent customer service and sales skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Excellent conflict management skills Strong attention to detail and to manage multiple tasks and assignments Team player with "can do" attitude Able and willing to work on-call schedule rotation: nights, weekends and holidays as needed Valid Texas Driver License and at least 3 years of driving history This position requires both a criminal background and a driving record check
