Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a full time, field based position focused on residential and light commercial service and repair work. Top performers in this role earn strong income through a combination of hourly pay and commission opportunities tied to performance and quality, with top technicians earning $100,000–$150,000+ annually. About the Role As an HVAC Service Technician at Bellows, you’ll diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll work independently to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and complete repairs safely and efficiently. This role is for experienced technicians only. We are not hiring entry level or apprentice candidates for this position. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in solving problems, delivers high quality work, and enjoys helping customers.
