We offer a clear path for professional and personal growth: Monthly 1:1’s to align your personal goals with your professional goals Professional scorecards to evaluate your success and career path What You’ll Do as an HVAC Technician: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction Complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed) Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance Qualifications for our next HVAC Technician: · High School diploma or GED is required. · EPA Certified - Universal preferred. · ICE/NATE Certification is preferred. · Ability to lift 100 or more pounds. · Standard technician tools. · Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and · Ventilation equipment, and installation and layout requirements of residential duct work and fittings. · Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment. · Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail. · Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS. · Valid driver’s license and approved to drive by company’s insurance carrier. · Neat, clean, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal communication skills with a desire to exceed client expectations and function in a team environment.
