Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction. Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time on site. Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure timely service and efficient scheduling. Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job. Stay current with industry best practices, equipment, and training opportunities.
