Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Conduct detailed inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong system life and prevent unplanned downtime. Innovate customer interactions by not just fixing but enhancing their system through upselling appropriate energy solutions and service agreements. Maintain meticulous records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions to ensure seamless service and accountability. Collaborate with a team of passionate technicians, sharing knowledge and strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency. Requirements: EPA certification is required NATE certification preferred 3+ years of HVAC experience Ability to work on-call schedule Knowledge of Service Titan software is beneficial Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, work on ladders, and in tight spaces Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
