Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems. - Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and recommendations. - Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry-standard timeframes, adhering to pricing guides. - Maintain a clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service. - Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion by delivering quality workmanship and professional service. - Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management guidelines. - Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures. - Maintain and manage truck inventory to ensure availability of necessary parts and tools.
