Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems. - Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and recommendations. - Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines. - Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly serviced. - Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion by delivering quality workmanship and professional service. - Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management directives. - Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures. - Maintain and organize company vehicles and tools to ensure readiness and safety. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems. - Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building comfort systems, and energy efficiency practices. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Physical ability to perform repairs, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environmental conditions. - Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., EPA certification, HVAC technician license) preferred.
