What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues. Perform preventive maintenance on motors, compressors, controls, belts, filters, and refrigeration systems. Inspect systems for safety, performance, and code compliance. Install new and replacement HVAC equipment and systems. Document work completed using service software and reports. Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service. Requirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience (or equivalent training). Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Universal EPA Certification. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset. Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.
