Entek HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can handle both service and installation across residential and light commercial systems. What We Offer Competitive Pay (based on experience) Weekly pay Take-home company truck (fully stocked) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Up to 20 days PTO + paid holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial) Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Replace components and complete system upgrades Work on split systems, package units, and mini-splits Complete service documentation using field software Provide professional, customer-focused service Participate in an on-call rotation What We’re Looking For 3+ years of HVAC experience (service + install preferred) Experience in both residential and light commercial systems EPA 608 Certification (required) Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Comfortable working independently in the field Experience with gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Valid driver’s license Preferred Certifications WA 06A license is a plus Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work in residential & commercial settings (indoor/outdoor environments) Ability to lift 50+ lbs Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces Exposure to varying weather conditions
Responsibilities
The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems across residential and light commercial applications, including performing preventative maintenance and system upgrades. Duties also involve completing service documentation using field software and participating in an on-call rotation.
