Position Overview In this role, you’ll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems—while also mentoring junior techs and delivering exceptional customer service. This is more than just a job — it’s a long-term opportunity to grow with a company that values your skills, rewards your performance, and supports your professional development. ***$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates*** What We Offer * Competitive Compensation: $25-$30HR (DOE) * Commission Opportunity * Work-life balance * 80% company-paid medical insurance * Dental, vision, short & long-term disability coverage * 401K W/ 4% Company Match * Paid time off + paid holidays * Paid training & advancement opportunities * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Company provided vehicle, cell phone, Ipad and gas card What You’ll Do * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps) * Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes * Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations * Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care * Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams * Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed * Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation * Mentor junior technicians and participate in ongoing training What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience * EPA Certification required * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction * Leadership experience or mentoring mindset is a big plus * Experience with Service Titan software is a bonus * NATE Certification a PLUS! ***MUST BE WILLING TO WORK TUES-SAT 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM or 11-8PM*** Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
