Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality servicing and maintenance for contract customers, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.
Diagnose, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical components to restore or enhance equipment performance.
Assess system performance, including airflow measurements and humidity control, following company procedures.
Provide clear technical service reports and communicate findings effectively with internal teams.
Ensure all health and safety documentation is completed for each site visit.
Recommend and explain necessary spare parts, refurbishments, and upgrades to customers.
Assist in system upgrades and refurbishments, either on-site or in a dedicated facility.
Support commissioning and setup of HVAC equipment.
Identify new servicing opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
Represent the company professionally and act as a trusted humidity control expert.
Collaborate with team members across different regions when needed.
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge through training, self-study, and certification renewal.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of field servicing experience in HVAC or engineering capital equipment.
FGAS certification is required.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis.
Ability to prepare clear and customer-friendly technical reports.
Experience in airflow and moisture content calculations.
Solid knowledge of air handling techniques and HVAC industry standards.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
HNC/HND or higher in a relevant engineering qualification.
Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, and industry-specific software).
