Job Summary Are you a residential HVAC Service Technician ready to level up your career and your income? In this role, you’ll handle system diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and light repairs while educating homeowners and offering smart upgrade options. If you’re driven, customer-focused, and ready to make serious money, we want to talk to you! What You’ll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency. Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements. Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and providing service options in a professional, friendly way. Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes. Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs. What You Bring 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred). Completed HVAC training program or apprenticeship preferred. Valid HVAC license and driver’s license. Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service. Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
