What You’ll Do Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, etc.). Installation: Perform full system replacements and new installs with precision, ensuring all work meets local codes and company standards. Maintenance: Conduct routine tune-ups and preventative maintenance to keep our customers’ systems running efficiently. Customer Interaction: Clearly explain technical issues to homeowners and provide honest recommendations for repairs or upgrades. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of parts used, work performed, and signatures via our digital dispatching system. Requirements Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HVAC service and installation. Certifications: EPA Type II or Universal certification required. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of refrigerant circuits, electrical schematics, and airflow. Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Tools: Must have your own basic hand tools and specialized HVAC meters/gauges. Soft Skills: Professional appearance, punctual, and excellent communication skills. Why Work for Silverline HVAC?
