Autonomy & variety – manage your own jobs across diverse commercial sites Work–life balance – flexibility is a core value at JCI Strong support – remote technical support and structured training programs Career progression – move into leadership, sales, or become a technical SME Global brand stability with local team culture What you’ll be doing You’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including: Preventative and routine maintenance Fault finding, servicing, overhauls and commissioning Small commercial installations (ability to read and work from plans) Equipment ranging from package units to chillers and central plant Exposure to Johnson Controls Building Management Systems (BMS) Quoting small works and managing jobs on site What we’re looking for You’ll be a hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and customer service.
