This role offers excellent autonomy, variety, and opportunities to grow your technical capability and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and routine maintenance Commission, install, overhaul, fault‑find, and service mechanical systems Work across a wide range of equipment, including package units, chillers, and central plant Gain exposure to Johnson Controls’ Building Management Systems Provide quotes for small works and manage sites as required Interpret and work from technical drawings and plans Complete small commercial installations About You Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning (highly desirable) Trade qualification in Refrigeration or Electrical with HVAC experience Restricted Electrical Licence Valid driver’s licence Bonus: We are YORK OEM and offer in‑house chiller training to support your professional development.
