Job Details Job Location: Grapevine, TX 76051 Way Mechanical is in Irving, TX. We specialize in Emergency Services, Preventative Maintenance, and SOW projects. We are seeking a self-motivated skilled Service HVAC Technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group. Daily Responsibilities: Diagnoses HVAC, refrigeration, and performance through observation, testing, and setup Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment Complete electronic documentation of service-related, tasks, materials, and labor hours Be able to explain the service charges and work performed to the satisfaction of our customers Maintain inventory stock on the service vehicle Reconcile work order documents, vendor packing slips, and weekly time sheets for supervisor review Qualifications: 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Technician experience with Chiller a plus Ability to follow construction plans and specifications for proper installation and repair Must have a valid EPA Card and TDLR Must be able to pass a drug screen Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record Stable work history showing responsibility and professional growth Ability to competently use a variety of gauges, meters, measuring instruments Ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, and the customer. Responsibilities
