Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, and have a proven track record in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment. This position will also ensure that all work complies with industry standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Extensive experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Refrigeration certification or experience is preferred.
  1. Certifications:
  • Valid refrigeration license or certification as required by local authorities.
  • Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
  1. Skills:
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities
  1. Installation & Maintenance:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and services to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
  1. Troubleshooting & Repair:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify problems and determine solutions.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Interact with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving.
  1. Training
  • Provide technical training and equipment introductions to contractor customers both online and in-person, ensuring they are well-informed and capable of using our products and systems effectively.
  1. Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
