Here is what you will being doing daily: The Job- Serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems. Serve Gladly - Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished. Problem Solve Skillfully - Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them with customer approval. Work Dependably - Keep company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency. Communicate Effectively - Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Learn to serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems. In addition to the technical skills, technicians should possess strengths in the following areas: Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance Positive. Can-do attitude Ability to work weekends and evenings on rotating basis Active listening skills Organizational skills, able to maintain a clean, stocked and inventoried service van Punctual While NATE, RMGA, and EPA certifications are preferred, we are willing to assist with training and certification fees.
