We are seeking experienced technicians with a strong work ethic and a passion for quality service. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately. Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients. Adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts inventory. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls. Ability to use hand and power tools required for HVAC installation and repair. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training preferred. Compensation: $70K-$100K+/Year Plus: Unlimited bonus potential!
