Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care. Communicate clearly with clients—educating, not overselling. Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times. Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership. Qualifications Do I Have What It Takes? • Experience: 3–5+ years in residential HVAC (not commercial).• Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus.• Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused—someone who gets that the job is about people.• Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day,thrives on being part of a mission.
