Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air conditioning, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation). Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call. Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ products (e.g., air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers), or replacement systems, including new HVAC installations. Present service options and provide recommendations tailored to customer needs. Generate estimates and close approved HVAC sales in the field.
