Responsibilities Include: Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment Benefits include: 100% employer paid premiums on medical, dental and vision insurance 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to 4% company contribution 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Requirements 5+ years of experience in HVAC service Valid EPA Certification required Commercial HVAC experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
