You will be paid commission on all new equipment sales and repairs, in addition to 5 Star Review pay up to $50 per review, and 4% commission on any leads flipped to our other trade departments. Requirements 3 + years of residential service experience (not including trade school) Valid Driving license with a good driving record HVAC Technician registration with TDLR EPA Type II Excellent communication skills Computer literate Service Titan experience preferred Sales background a huge plus!
