HVAC Service Technician (New Construction / Residential) Location: Prince William and Stafford Counties, VA Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on new construction startups, system commissioning, and residential service work. If you take pride in clean installs, proper startups, and diagnosing systems the right way — this is a solid long-term opportunity. Responsibilities Startup and commission HVAC systems in new construction homes Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Ensure all systems are operating to manufacturer specifications Work with builders and project managers to meet deadlines Maintain clean and organized job sites Complete service reports and documentation Requirements 2+ years HVAC experience (new construction or service preferred) EPA Certification (required) Strong troubleshooting skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and mini-splits Startup/commissioning experience in new builds What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) Company vehicle (if applicable) Paid holidays and vacation Opportunities for growth
