Job Responsibilities: As an HVAC Residential Service Technician at Wolfer’s, you’ll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to make sure they feel heard and valued. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully to their concerns, and work hard to find the best solutions for their comfort needs. You’ll be their trusted advocate—ensuring they get the service they deserve while also looking for ways to help the business grow and drive revenue growth. Who we are looking for: A self starter - Someone who takes initiative, works independently and takes a proactive approach to solving problems they come up against. 5-Star Customer Service - Providing a five star customer service experience means every customer they serve feels valued, respected, and completely satisfied with the service they received from you as their technician. Duties: Be the technical expert in our customer's home. Driving revenue growth through sales. Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services. Troubleshoot defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses. Keeping daily logs of truck inventory. Tests all completed work. Other job duties as assigned Job Requirements: HVAC experience required: 2 years. EPA Universal Certification required. Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record. Ability to work independently to complete tasks. Preform diagnostic work on all HVAC equipment. You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers. Offers multiple solutions based on the customer's concern(s). Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals. Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
