This is a new vacancy within the estimating team. Compensation Overview This role offers a competitive base salary aligned to experience and estimating responsibility. What You'll Be Doing In this role, the HVAC Sheet Metal Estimator works closely with the Chief Estimator on competitive bids, take-offs, and scope reviews for high-value mechanical projects. Preparing HVAC and sheet metal estimates using Trimble AutoBid and take-off software Reviewing drawings, specifications, and addendums Issuing RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors Preparing bid packages and scope letters Supporting handovers to project teams after award Reviewing actuals versus estimates to continuously improve accuracy Who This Is For You have solid HVAC and sheet metal estimating experience in an ICI or mid-to-high-rise residential construction environment and understand how real projects are priced and built.
