We are seeking a dependable and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for fabricating sheet metal fittings and components used in residential HVAC duct systems. The ideal candidate enjoys working with tools, machinery, and computers, and is comfortable working independently in a shop environment. Experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual who has strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Competitive pay Affordable and Comprehensive Benefit Programs: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & EAP Retirement – 401k + company match Time Off – Paid Time-Off + Paid Holidays Development- Personal and Professional Growth What You Will Do: Operate CNC plasma cutting table to cut sheet metal components Use a sheet metal brake and fabrication tools to form duct fittings and HVAC components Assemble and prepare sheet metal fittings used in residential HVAC installations Interpret job sheets, fabrication drawings, and cutting files Load and run fabrication programs using sheet metal cutting software Maintain organization and cleanliness in the fabrication area Work independently to complete fabrication tasks in a timely and accurate manner Handle and move sheet metal materials safely within the warehouse Assist with inventory and organization of sheet metal materials as needed Maintain stock level of duct fittings in multiple warehouses Qualifications Required: Ability to work independently and manage fabrication tasks without constant supervision Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle sheet metal materials Ability to stand and work in a warehouse/shop environment for an 8-hour shift Clean driving record Preferred (but not required): Experience with sheet metal fabrication Experience operating plasma cutting tables or CNC cutting equipment Familiarity with HVAC duct fittings and residential duct systems Who You Are- Ability to stand and work in a shop/warehouse environment for extended periods Ability to lift and move sheet metal materials and fabricated components Ability to perform repetitive fabrication tasks using shop tools and equipment Now Is Your Time, Apply Today
