Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator who take pride in their work and is looking for an opportunity to grow. The Sheet Metal Fabricator will collaborate with our installation and service teams to produce and assemble high-quality HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components. At times, this role may also assist with installations in the field. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components for HVAC systems with precision and efficiency. Safely and skillfully operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery to produce high-quality work. Read, interpret, and execute from blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders with accuracy. Uphold strict quality control and safety standards throughout all phases of fabrication and assembly. Collaborate with installation teams to support field installations and assist in troubleshooting when needed. Install ductwork and related HVAC components in accordance with project specifications and company standards as required. Qualifications: Minimum of six (6) months of HVAC-specific sheet metal fabrication experience required. At least five (5) years of overall sheet metal fabrication experience. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork installation practices. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and workmanship. Physically capable of lifting materials, bending, and working in diverse field conditions. Must have reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Albuquerque area.
