Description ECS is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman to join our team. Supervise and leads the installation, fabrication, and maintenance of sheet metal components for HVAC systems. The Sheetmetal Foreman ensures projects meet specifications and deadlines while maintaining effective communication with clients and contractors. This is a Working Foreman position. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of sheet metal workers. Ensure the accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC sheet metal components. Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute work. Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA guidelines. Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and repairs. Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and clients to ensure project completion. Train and mentor junior team members. Requirements 10+ years of HVAC sheet metal experience. Journeyman certification in HVAC or sheet metal work. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and airflow principles. Proficiency in sheet metal tools, equipment, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience managing teams and working under tight deadlines. Ability to work in various environments, including high spaces. Capability to work overtime, weekends, and travel as needed. OSHA 30 or the ability to obtain within 90 days. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
