As the HVAC Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will be diverse, requiring a blend of administrative, customer service, and operational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Serve as a consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and building great rapport with key clients.
  • Train and supervise branch staff as well as provide coaching and support.
  • Oversee daily operations, order processing, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and ensure branch performance via reporting, including sales, as well as inventory.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with customers.
  • Manage customer needs and issues as they arise.

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
  • HVAC industry-specific training or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the HVAC distribution industry or a similar field strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
