This role is ideal for a commercial service tech ready to grow into a well-rounded commercial technician. Pay & Benefits $26.00–$32.00/hr + overtime (weekly pay) Company vehicle + gas card (take-home) Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with 4% match (when you contribute 6%) Up to 20 days PTO + paid holidays Steady, year-round commercial work (no seasonal slowdowns) What You’ll Do Start up, test, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems Assist with and learn controls/EMS systems (training provided) Perform light service work and support service calls Help with small installs, upgrades, and system adjustments Ensure safe, high-quality work on active job sites What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of commercial HVAC experience (install, service, or start-up) Basic electrical/wiring knowledge Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn Comfortable working in commercial environments Willingness to learn controls, start-ups, and service work EPA certification required Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Why Bates Air Conditioning?
