JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. We are looking for install subs , paid per unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics.
• Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
• Skills in plumbing, welding, building, and maintaining HVAC systems are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to job sites.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC preferred.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, compressors, and thermostats.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work performed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance needs.
