Hours and Compensation Full-Time, 40 hours weekly 7:30am - 4pm $28.00/hour This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule. Job Description Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures manual. Performs specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments. Knowledge of the following: restart appliances following power outages; location and operation of fire alarm systems; troubleshoot HVAC system and all dietary equipment; solder and thread pipe; minor plumbing repairs; accurately read basic drawings and blueprints. Performs PMs on main exhaust fans, air handlers, and VAV boxes. Assists in maintaining minimum working stock of parts. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Minimum two (2) years of HVAC or maintenance related experience required. Active Driver’s required.
