Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following: The HVAC Tech position includes being required to fix all air conditioners that might not be functioning properly at the Resort and providing regular overall maintenance checks. This could be in the guests’ rooms, or in any of the public facilities, as well as outdoors. · Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements · Troubleshoot split package heat pumps · Perform routine preventative maintenance · Respond to emergency maintenance requests · Adhere to all safety policies and procedures · Diagnose cooling, heating, zoning problems on Residential systems Requirements Requirements: · 3-5 years of experience · NATE certification or HVAC trade school · Must have your own hand tools – including meters, torches, gauges, pumps · Detail oriented and understand the importance of documentation · Ability to lift 35 lbs. · Ability to be on their feet for 6+ hours a day · Required to be outside 90% of the day · Required to work weekends/holidays. · Must have EPA Certification
Responsibilities
The HVAC Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems across guest rooms and public facilities at the resort. This includes performing routine preventative maintenance and responding to emergency maintenance requests.
