The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining the organization's heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This position ensures the HVAC systems function efficiently and effectively, and performs routine inspections and repairs to prevent system failures. Other tasks include monitoring system performance, making necessary adjustments, and collaborating with other departments to address HVAC-related issues. The value you’ll bring to the team: · Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. · Remains current on maintenance logs and documentation. · Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition. · Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with patient care. · Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. · Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages. · Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems, performing essential repairs and other duties as requested. · Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs all HVAC mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general supervision. · Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. · Responds to emergency calls under general supervision. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: · High School Grad or Equiv · 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
