JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to serve as a Technical Support Representative to join our growing HVAC technical support team. This role involves assisting installing HVAC contractors post-sale by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support. Additionally, candidates will provide expertise and support to internal teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HVAC systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others in the industry. Industry knowledge and experience with hydronics is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· HVAC certification and applicable current state licensure.
· Minimum 10+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting experience.
· Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and refrigeration systems.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
· Customer-focused mindset with a desire to help contractors succeed.
· Must be able to climb ladders/stairs to provide on-site support on roofs and basements as needed
· Proficiency with basic computer applications
· Valid driver’s license (clean driving record) and ability to travel locally is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in HVAC distribution or sales support is a plus.
· EPA 608 certification.
· Hydronic and Plumbing knowledge or experience is a plus.

· Provide post-sale technical support and troubleshooting assistance to installing contractors via phone, email, and in person.
· Provide support and expertise to internal sales and support teams.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and manufacturer specifications.
· Document support calls for internal reference and escalation to manufacturers
· Assist in warranty claims and return processes, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
· Perform routine maintenance, HVAC renovations and service throughout PSC facilities
· Enhance company profitability through the implementation of the scratch and dent program.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
