Location: Edmonton, AB (with travel across Alberta)
Salary: $75,000–$95,000/year + Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday
Position Type: Permanent Office-Based with Field Travel as Required
Ready to trade your tools for a different challenge? Your years of field experience are invaluable here!! Help technicians navigate tough problems, from phone to in-person. Show case your expertise while saving your body the wear and tear of all those roof tops and ladders!
About the Role
This is not an IT role. We’re looking for a licensed Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic who’s spent years on the tools and is now ready to transition into a support-based office role—one where you use your deep technical knowledge to help other technicians succeed.
You’ll provide real-world troubleshooting help, walk contractors through complex installs, commission systems, and deliver critical support over the phone, email, Teams, and (when needed) in person. You’ll still get to roll up your sleeves now and then, just not every day.
This role is based in Edmonton, with travel across Alberta as needed (fully reimbursed). You may occasionally support the Calgary office.
