Join a company that values growth, teamwork and respect!   Why work for Mr. Holland’s?   * Great company culture that focuses on growth, teamwork, and respect, and we like to have fun too! * Employee benefits start on the 1st of the month following hire date. * Medical (3 affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision Insurance * Company Paid Benefits: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Optional Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical Insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield * 401k with Company Match!  * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays * Compensation: $20-$45/hour based on experience plus service spiffs   What You'll Do:  * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems, using root-cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions. * Perform comprehensive maintenance, including cleaning air handlers and coils, system calibration, and replacing wear-and-tear components (motors, fans, belts, and filters). * Translate technical findings into clear repair options for homeowners and provide transparent, upfront pricing. * Evaluate aging or inefficient equipment and educate customers on system replacements and ongoing maintenance memberships. * professional rapport with homeowners to better understand lifestyle needs and system requirements. * Maintain consistent communication with Dispatch and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion. * Manage a fully stocked service vehicle and ensure all job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized. * Complete all invoices, timecards, and service reports accurately and on time via company mobile platforms.   What You Bring: * 2+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience. * EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred. * High school diploma or GED. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety standards. * Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.   Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs. * Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces. * Ability to climb and work from ladders. * Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
