As an Aire Serv Technician you will be a key member of our team. Our Technicians are representatives of Aire Serv therefore the ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, thrives in fast moving environments and able to manage time effectively. Candidates should also have knowledge of the field's commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures therefore enabling you to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial HVAC units. You may be required to use said knowledge to collect and provide prompt accurate data used to measure and monitor the quality of work performed in the field. Customer Service is key in our industry so being able to present “repair vs. replace” findings, and options to customers clearly and concise to ensure the satisfaction of each and every customer you work with is a must. Qualified applicants must pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record! Specific Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Benefits: Health, Dental Vision, AFLAC, Accrued Paid Time Off Compensation: $50,000-$75,000+ Requirements Residential and Commercial HVAC knowledge TDLR Certification Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
