Job Type: Full-Time Who We Are Environmental & Power Services Inc (EPS) has provided commercial HVAC service, maintenance, installation, and repair in the Washington, D.C. region for over 30 years. We specialize in maintaining and servicing commercial heating and air conditioning systems for offices, facilities, and businesses. What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair commercial air conditioning systems Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues Perform preventative maintenance and routine system inspections Complete service documentation accurately and on time Maintain professional interaction with customers and job sites Systems & Equipment Experience Technicians should have experience with: Water source heat pumps Rooftop units (RTUs) VAV boxes and terminal units Air handling units (AHUs) Fan coil units Condensers and associated controls Compensation & Benefits $45–$55 per hour for high-end, experienced technicians Company vehicle provided Cell phone Uniforms Insurance benefits 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Education and training assistance Requirements Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record EPA CFC Universal Certification Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Preferred Qualifications Master or Journeyman HVAC license Extensive commercial HVAC experience Clean criminal background
